If I could give negative feedback stars, I would. We have taken several vehicles to AMM for the past 8 years. Started in Manchaca and moved with Kam to the Kyle location. The last two times we have had nothing but problems. My Mini was suppose to be done in a week, everytime I went to pick it up there was a problem. Painted the rear an orange red. Took 4 times to repaint.(and still didn't get it right)\r
When they put it back together after painting, the trunk was off line visably and gave up as they couldn't get that right either. I finally gave up. At this point I had been with out a vehicle for a very long time. \r
Then when I got my car back I noticed the tail light was starting to fog and my convertible top was not properly put back on, so now when I drive with the top up it makes a VERY loud noise. I was hesitant to take it back to them but finally was forced to. Of course they denied that it was that tail light they replaced. (makes no difference, they are the ones that put it back on after painting and was not like that when I took it to them) but again they refused to fix it. As far as the top goes, they broke it but deny they took it off at all when painting. REALLY? I am going to contact every person I have sent there and tell them NEVER to go back. We had sent them alot of business but never again. Bottom line: I now I have issues that they created and cost of repairing the damage they did. I would NEVER go to AMM again. Stay away they do shoddy work.
