Review content:
We were excited when we called Trinity. Our neighbors had been using them and we assumed that everything had been going smoothly. We live on a dead end street, which means they have to pass us twice to get out, yet each week they either missed picking up our trash or our recycling. This went on for the entire billing cycle and all we got when we called was ""My supervisor is going to send someone out."" Which usually meant we will try again next week.\r
We canceled their service at the beginning of the month and their cans are still at our house two weeks later. We have been calling to have them come pick them up and we still get ""My supervisor said he will send someone out."" That was three days ago. Don't use them. It's not worth the headache.\r
We found a new company who says they actually dock their employees hours if they miss your house. Ahhh, now that's much better.
