Horrible!! You are a number , not a patient. Had to fight to get my son a Rx for an MRI. Was lied to by a busy nurse who told me a request was put in to my insurance company for an approval code for the MRI. After multiple calls being told that same story I called my insurance company who told me a request had never been made. The nurses excuse was that they were busy. Finally after fighting with Dr Anderson an MRI was scheduled for that evening. dr Anderson called the next day to rudely tell me the results showed bruising to the back and that my son was fine. She had an "" I told you so"" attitude. That same day my Orthopedic Dr explained that my son had a fracture of his L4 vertebrae. \r
Anderson is not only rude but completely incompetent . She had no right trying to read the MRI results. She misdiagnosed my son and if I had listened to her he would have permanent damage. Needless to say I left the practice and am very happy with my new Dr.\r
Do not waste your time if you are looking for compassionate or reliable doctors...you will not find them here.
