I live in Staten Island and Samson manages my apartment. Late last week I had a leak in my ceiling from my neighbor above who was away and left her sink on. What a mess! \r

Luckily the super and the management company responded right away. I am so grateful for all of their help and was really impressed by their quick response. Hopefully they get rid of the woman above me. Who leaves their water running???
