I could not rate worse than one star unfortunately. I have been with Nationwide for 15 yrs. My previous agent transferred all 5 of my accounts to David Williams, before leaving Nationwide, and I paid my premiums for about a year. I had to file a claim in spring of 2011. I was told by this agent that I did not have the coverage I was told I had been paying for, and I was ""out of luck"" I had to pay all of the repairs associated with my claim out of pocket. Needless to say I was very angry, called his boss and was given the same answer. I have since changed insurance agencies. The thing about insurance is that you have to able to trust that when you tell your agent what you need coverage for, that they will do as you request. David Williams does not do that. I would not trust this guy to insure a port-a-toilet. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you have insurance with this guy, be very, very careful, and read every fine print detail, on every policy. Otherwise if you ever need to file a claim, you could be like me and just be ""out of luck""
