I brought my car in for an oil change. Morning drop-off was a little hectic and time-consuming, but the people were nice and friendly. I loved the free drop-off/pick-up shuttle service. Only two minor things that could be improved. I had to remind the service department that I had prepaid for 5 oil changes when I purchased the car. They were about to charge me until I brought it up (I think that information should automatically appear when they look at their client records). It would also be nice if the service department vacuumed and washed the car when they're done. But overall I'm pretty satisfied. My car seems to be running fine.
