Review content:
I have always loved this beautiful, park-like cemetery. The grounds are well kept, and the manager Marty is just great to deal with. My parents and sister are all laid to rest there, and I'm a very regular visitor. In fact, when my sister was very ill, we all went to Knollwood together, and she chose her own final resting place and remarked she just loved it there. It is across from the ""pond"" which is downhill, in font of the Mausoleum. She loved seeing the pond with Canada Geese swimming there, and decided that was where she wanted to be. However, the pond is neither regularly nor well maintained. It's often a drained, muddy, weed-filled eyesore, and though I've repeatedly asked about it, I get no good answers. It's now the end of August, and it's been in deplorable condition most of the summer. It breaks my heart, and that of my family's, to think my sister chose this spot which is no longer being maintained, and no one gives us any satisfaction. Very sad...
