My fiancé and I tend to have a few issues doing our Chinese Cresteds', Remy, nails. Sometimes he's cool with it, other times...not so much. We drove past this place and figured we'd stop and see if they'd do a quick trim up for us. As we were about to walk into the door, we could hear the owner YELLING at one of his employees! You see, the lobby is small there and the desk is kind of...right there. I had a bad feeling about this place, but we were already there, so we went in once there was a 'ceasefire' with the yelling. He didn't seem like a nice person when we saw him. We allowed one of his workers, who appeared to be upset about something...possibly the one the owner was yelling at...to take little Remy back. She soon returned and the owner, in a not so nice tone, asked her if she filed his nails. We didn't request for that to be done and she said 'no' and he told her to take him back and do it. We told him that it was alright, paid and left, NEVER to return again! I don't recommend this place to anyone! If he yells and is rude to the people who work for him, then I wonder how he treats the dogs.
