HORRIBLE!! I took an aqua aura quartz crystal in to have a pendant made. It was a very, very important stone to me. I almost sent it to California to have it made but this was 1 minute from my house. Aqua aura is clear quartz sprayed with gold particles at a very high temp giving it a beautiful turquoise blue color. This stone meant everything to me. They said they can make the pendant, no problem, it would be $75. And they made it, only they put the loop on the wrong side as it's different widths on each side. He said they can switch it around, no problem. They failed to tell me they had to soak it in extreme chemicals to get the loop off because of the glue to switch it to the other side. It took all the gold off, which took all the color off, leaving my stone not only chipped at least 8 places but also totally discolored. The stone was a very light blue half way down, no more turquoise, then clear the other half. I cried and cried at the store. And if that wasn't enough, he still tried to charge me for it. I asked why he'd charge me for destroying my stone and he said because of the ""work"" he put into it. The work?!!! He destroyed a one of a kind stone I can NEVER GET BACK. I wore it in a spiral wire before that but the metal was making my skin break out so I finally decided to take a chance on making a pendant out of it. Big mistake! Now I wish I didn't. Do not take anything important to you there. I am still depressed. I've been upset over a week now. That stone meant so much to me. And I told him that multiple times before they did anything. And then to have the nerve to still charge me for it. I wasn't paying him a dime. How messed up is that? After the way it looked, he could keep his ""work"" and try and sell it to someone else for the profit. I couldn't live with myself treating someone like that after I destroyed something that meant so much to them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
