Great dental work but the bookkeeping leaves a lot to be desired. 3 bad experiences...first the insurance was slow to pay so I paid and was assured I would recieve my money back when the insurance company paid. Well the insurance company paid and I still haven't been paid a dime despite numerous phone calls to the dental office and the insurance company. In another incident the dental office billed my new insurance under my married name AND the ""old"" insurance they had on file and were paid by both insurance companies again...this problem is yet to be resolved. Finally after being ""strong-armed"" into getting some dental work I needed but could not afford the dentist guaranteed me a lower price. When I paid at the desk there was a ""remaining balance"" on the invoice. When I explained the situation they marked out balance and put ""zero due"". I just received a bill in the mail for over $300.00...so buyer beware!
