Horrible customer service\r
Completely appalled by the customer service at this location. No where on their website does it state that they cancellation policy is two weeks. Due to health issue the room had to be cancelled. Its not that we didn't want to stay in the location but out of 5 times calling to make reservations not once was a 2 week cancellation policy stated. Personally I called to speak to the manager or owner and a lady named Diane? Who was extremely rude said she was in charge. If the room could not after all being paid for I would use the room checking in the middle of the night and leaving early in the morning. That the room would have to be near a door for my service dogs I would then have to bring with me and if there was any noise they would be up barking and I wanted to make sure my dogs were not up bothering the rest of the guest. She was so completely rude to me on the phone. I said if your making us stays there because who in their right mind would pay for a room and not use it if you had no other choice. Things better be PERFECT, the room to be in order clean, nice, not a pet friendly room and quite she then threatened to call the police and hung up on me. Seriously because I have service dogs that are Dobermans? Or because if your forcing an unfair cancellation policy on me that I want to make sure things are perfect.
