Review content:
We paid $2500 for a sign from these jokers, which they said would last for many years. It lasted exactly three months, and then started warping severely. We asked them to fix it two months ago, and have received no action on their part. They tell me they will get around to doing a new one as soon as they are done with all their current customers, but it just feels like the run-around. \r

They were late on the install, awful with follow-up requests, and completely unresponsive to this problem. They have our money, so we're stuck. Go somewhere else to get your signs done, because this company won't stand by their product or their service.
Pros: None to mention
Cons: Complete lack of customer service, will not fix their faulty product.
