Do not do business with Been Network Properties.THEY ARE CROOKS. They will NOT return your deposit and will make up bogus charges on your tab, and you will end up owing them. It takes literally MONTHS for them to respond to repair requests. They also will RAISE the rent every year! NEVER rent from this place. Been Network Properties or B-N Properties in Chula Vista. Even people who owns the rental units being managed by this company are complaining about how unprofessional they are! Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away.
