I have been going to Blumenthal Companies for the last 15 years. The last 6 months to a year, unfortunately, their customer service has gone declined in my opinion. There have been a couple issues with them charging me more than I thought or than was quoted to me and the work has taken longer than usual.
I have a few two-ton dump trucks, pickup trucks, and flat-beds, and they have replaced transmissions as well as done servicing on all of them. Overall, I keep using them because the last 15 years with them have been great until very recently.
