We scheduled a photo session on Sunday at 2:40 pm with JCP portraits at Fair Oaks Mall. We arrived with our family on time. They told us to wait 20 min. We waited 40 min and than they told us to wait about 40 min more! I have 3 kids 2, 4 and 9 y.o. We can't stay 2 hrs in small room with crowd of people! My husband tried to talk with the manager and she started to yell on him. She said that she can't do anything. What kind of service is this? Why they couldn't call us to reschedule or at least tell us the truth about waiting time? \r
We went home because kids was with a bad mood already. I tried to call JCP in Springfield, VA, left a message. Nobody call me back.\r
