These guys are everything you'd want from a computer repair shop: Smart, efficient, honest, and fast. I've used them twice in the last year or so and gotten solid service each time. Repairing a broken computer is a bit like fixing a car-- it's hard for a mechanic to know what the problem is until they poke around a bit. Their diagnostic process is fast and super reasonable. The geek squad operation disorganized and mostly poorly trained reps; take a pass and keep it local.
