I would not recommend On Deck. Communication is horrible and my son's coach didn't actually ""coach"" during games! A player was hurt and he didn't even move off of the bucket he was sitting on! They held tryouts for fall ball and formed two teams only to rescind offers to 3 boys 3 weeks later! These kids are now not able to play baseball this fall as all of the organizations in the area already held try outs! That is wrong on so many levels. Do not play ball here, go elsewhere.
