Review content:
Dr. Nguyen bought Dr. Stanley Armbruster's business as he decided to concentrate his practice in Murietta. I'm surprised his name is still attached, as the two are not associated. Granted, she had big shoes to fill, and a qualified dentist could have done a reasonable job at that. However, Dr. Nugyen isn’t even comparable. I have left and will never look back, (although they are still spamming me with promotional email in spite of the fact that I’ve requested multiple times to stop). I now go to another local dentist. Why? After multiple root canals on two rear upper molars, performed by Nguyen, she did such a poor job, I needed to go to an endodontist to clean up the mess she made. SIX ROOT CANALS FOR TWO TEETH! My two teeth have never been the same. Furthermore, I’ve had multiple issues with the two crowns she put in after the root canals. I have sensitivity to this day when I bite, and occasional phantom pain on one of the upper molars. While she is personable, obvious tense relationships with her staff, and a lack of professionalism (forty-five minute wait for my appointment; oral hygienist absent for my son's cleaning because she was sent home by Nguyen) would have driven me away from her office, even if she did a professional job on my teeth. In her defense however, she did partially refund me for some of the work she did. However, the clock cannot be turned back, and my two teeth will likely never be the same again.
