My experience with Vision Canandaigua was extremely good from my first phone call to them concerning a used Honda CRV through the entire process of buying, and returning for a service appt when they made good on their promise to make everything right with the vehicle, which in this case was replacing the brakes, the air conditioning compressor and being persistent in finding the reason and repairing a serious rattling noise. In less than 24 hours, I had test driven the vehicle I had been searching for, made my offer, got a interest rate LOWER than I had hoped for, and was driving away in my ""new to me"" vehicle, extremely happy. I did pay a little more than I initially wanted to but with the repairs that were included, I cannot complain. And when I had to return for the repairs, they gave me a great fully loaded Santa Fee as a loaner. The service department personnel were just as courteous and professional as the sales and finance people. I wish them well and would definitely recommend this dealership in your car buying search.\r
