This is by far the worst salon I have ever been to. My husband bought me a gift certificate to go get my hair done got there around 4 wanted to get the Ombre look done. Was told to go up to Hot Topic to buy hair color. The girl who did my hair took 5.5 hours. She was rushing around after 9 to finish she rinsed the ""pink"" out of my hair did NOT even brush it and said ""well i'm sorry we ran out of time"" they then charged me $140 for this. The color is completely messed up and uneven as well as a butchered hair cut. It was supposed to include a conditioning treatment and I did not receive one. My husband went up the next morning to speak with them they refunded some of the money but did not offer to fix it. I wanted to get all of my money back for this mess and tried numerous times to contact them via facebook and they kept deleting it. Very unprofessional. I will never go back and I highly suggest you don't either.
