The crew were extremely friendly, polite, hard-working, and fast! And Erika, who scheduled my move over the phone, was friendly as well. I could not be happier with my move. My mom had used a different moving company a week prior and they ended up charging her MORE THAN 4x the estimate, so I was nervous when it was my turn to move. Francisco the foreman went over the paperwork with me when they got to my house and made me feel at ease. When we were informed that the freight elevator at my building was not working, the guys put up with having to wait for the regular elevators, no complaints at all (and I KNOW it was very difficult fitting a big couch in a little elevator!!). Highly recommended!!
