DO NOT USE! Patient beware! My doctor there referred me to the surgery center for procedure. They called me the day before and told me the out of pocket amount for my procedure. I paid it via credit card the day of. When I returned for a follow up visit a month later I was told that the amount I paid was only for the surgery center and not for the doctor and that i owed more money. I had never received a bill. I asked for a bill and an explanation to be sent to my home. They had miskeyed my address so we got that fixed. Six weeks later still no bill and I get a call from a collections firm. I contacted Resurgens and they told me that the amount was for a THIRD charge that I was never notified of. Their billing system is a disaster and they do not inform patients of charges and bills ahead of time. There was NO communication with me to try and pay the bill prior to turning it over to a collections firm. Decent doctors. Horrible business.
