Review content:
This company delivered low quality two out of three prints with visible stripes (I'm thinking low on ink) within about a month after a photo shoot. They were very friendly and said would re-do them. \r

I called a month later inquiring about prints, the lady who said later that she was the owner said that prints should be ready at the Dance studio (where they were originally taken) this week. I said that is't been over 2 month now. She tried to explain that all photos were retouched and that is why it is taking so long, however all they had to do is to re-print the order and it took them a month? Never once she was apologetic so I requested to have my money back for two prints out of three. I was yelled at, then she said that she would not get me my money back (mind you - we are talking only $30) and hang up on me. Wow.\r

I had one group photo on all white back-ground and it was all ""washed out"" - very bleak colors. Individual photo was fine.\r

I wold never recommend this place, unless you want to get yelled at if for goodness sake there was something not to your satisfaction!
