yup, i totally agreed with what is said about wedge wood. some CNA there with the name of Natalie should totally change career to be kind. if Natalie does not want to do what she is being paid for to do at the facility she should choose other profession and not inflicts anymore unnecessary suffering toward those she suppose to care for. this comment does not reflect the facility staff as a whole. there are still some very passionate members present. their human resource should be more selective in who they are hiring. the residents deserved it.
