My daughter treated me to a haircut on July 13, 2013 at this facility. My hairstylist did not shampoo my hair but wet it with a sprayer...then she practically yanked out most of my hair with her comb. She argued with me about how I wanted it cut, did not speak again accept to give commands. Then one of the other stylist told her my hair was uneven. She tried to correct it but she didn't do a very good job. If I knew her name I would not recommend her but she has a piercing on her face....""What a nightmare....they owe me a new haircut in my opinion. My daughter got a shampoo and a really nice cut from her stylist. And I tipped this woman....what was I thinking? hmmmmm
