Review content:
The front desk staff is rude and not accomodating. When you call with a question they make you feel like you are bothering them. The 3 different veterinarians I have seen have not been thorough in explaining things to me and I have to ask questions in order to get a full understanding. I have brough 3 cats there since 1991 and have tried to give the clinic many chances thinking that I am too critical. But the staff (including the veterinarians) have a high turnover rate and I just don't think any of them care. I will not be going back. I want a clinic for my pets where the staff really care about the pets. In addition I am learning that they overcharge for everything.
