DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I am a contractor and I spoke with these guys over the phone. I explained what the repair was and specifically told them not to go to the client's house unless it was something they could fix. They assured me they could fix it. So they show up at the client's house (after blowing off a previously scheduled appointment without calling), spend less than 10 minutes there, say it's something they can't fix and then demand a $95 service call fee from the client. Totally unprofessional.\r
