BEWARE!!! I hope you are reading this before you bring your dog or cat to this facility.\r \r The new owner Carrie Godwin is ruining what used to be a terrific place to bring my dogs. They would be groomed very well and look amazing when they came out to the car.\r \r Over the past several months the grooms have looked terrible!! When I asked why they looked so bad, the new owner explained that she has students learning how to groom. First of all, I don't want a STUDENT learning how to groom my dog and second, the clip that was done is something I have never seen before. I brought my dogs back a second time and again the quality was horrible. I explained to her that I have been a customer for years and that I have given her a second chance and unfortunately I'm taking my dogs elsewhere. She laughed in my face and said she didn't need my business.\r \r So with that being said, I have personally made an effort to tell everyone I come in contact with to avoid this shop. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool when used appropriately. I have several friends who have the same opinion that I do and they said that she was rude and smelled of alcohol each time they were there. So, please do your research before taking your animals here.
