Budget Truck Rental - Tampa

Review content:
Don't ever rent a Budget Truck from here. First was treated rudely by staff manager who looked like a cast member from Dance Fever. Reserved a 10' truck over the phone with Budget, told me to go to Pep Boys, but when I got there was told the last person who rented it hadn't brought it back and was 3 days overdue. When I called Budget's 800 number they said their records showed the truck being back from its last rental, so I should of known after this incident that things were shady. On a time constraint to move so rented the only thing they had left which was a 16' truck. Treated rudely once again by the John Travolta wanna-be before giving up my $500 to rent the truck. Drove it back to my apartment it seemed fine, spent a day loading it, pulled off and the air conditioner did not work. By the way, I was moving to Michigan. Had to spend two extra days getting it fixed. Maybe the reason they hadn't properly reported the reserved truck not being back is because an employee was using it free of charge, maybe John Travolta was having a bad day or going through woman problems, or maybe they really just don't give a damn. This place can't go to hell, it already is hell...trucking hell.
