A surprise , beautiful environment , minimal, calm .\r
Doctor who proved to be very well trained, tuned into the latest procedures and technology.\r
My both parents , advanced in age ,had eye surgeries at both eyes and the results are spectacular; it feels like we took them out from a cave. Dr.Kagan had a quick, efficient way to treat them in a state of the art surgical facility .\r
Personally I took a chance to have esthetic laser treatments, which before , for many years i had done in some of the top dermatological clinics in L.A. The results are exceptional. I am so excited to be able to get the same treatments , with a professional attitude, very affordable price and informal , easygoing style.\r
Absolutely a gem to be discovered!!!\r
Sometimes the small staff , which is very friendly,might be overwhelmed, however , these are the growing pains happening in operations which are growing fast.\r
Kagan Institute will be the place to go and I would recommand it strongly.
