I utilized deep tissue massage therapy for numerous years & was always intrigued whether chiropractic care would aid in my pain relief. After years of sports & the associated injuries, including a significantly herniated disc in my lower back, I went to Affinity Health & Wellness Center based upon a friend's reference. Their professional staff & care not only helped me deal with my pain & discomfort, but also educated me on my injuries, specific treatment & exercises going forward. Further, I also discovered that, while having discomfort in my neck for years, I actually have two damaged discs in my neck as well. I received targeted treatment for several months, responded well with my body reaching a stabilized point, & was recommended maintenance adjustments going forward. I still receive deep tissue massage therapy & return to Affinity on occasion when I feel my past injury points in need of re-alignment. I highly recommend Affinity if you are seeking alternative non-drug treatments.
