Review content:
I was a bit skeptical after reading the review from the warning don't waste your time. At first I decided to skip these guys. I went on to a few other places. Many of which told me what I wanted to hear, but after going to the locations I found the same dissatisfaction. I even went as far as going to pull A part. Let me explain pull A part to those who don't know about it. Great place to find parts if you have a hunk of crap that belongs at pull A part. I was very pleased with the review that said ""Do not waste your time."" Atleast I was very pleased with it at first. In my experience I learned most all places told me either they didn't have my door mirror or they did. Most didn't even care to deal with me. I too had a nissan sentra 1991. Well lets get back to the pull A part, first off. You cant get anyone on the phone, but yes you can see all the cars pull A part has on site. It seems like the perfect solution. ""IF YOU ARE STUPID THAT IS"", or if you're really lucky. See the way it works is, YOU DRIVE TO THEIR YARD, PAY A DOLLAR TO GET IN, THAN LOCATE THE CARS LIKE YOU ARE IN A LIBRARY LOOKING FOR A BOOK, AND THEN TAKE THE PART OUT BY YOURSELF. I did happen to find my mirror there. BUT IT TURNS OUT SOME NUMSKULL BROKE IT PULLING OUT THE DOOR GLASS. See since anyone can pull out any part, most people break other parts to get what they care about. After looking through several cars, I found a 4 door sentra. I carefully took my mirror off, paid a real bargain for it and left. TURNS OUT, It didn't work. I couldn't return it. See you really get what you pay for. My first impression of pull A part: WOW great place. After visiting them, my impression: WOW what a waste of time.
Still needing a mirror and learning everything this guy said in this review is either a hoax or just a unlucky guy. I called them and asked if they had my mirror. They looked it up in a computer and said yes its on the shelf, off and ready to go is their exact words. A little pleased with the answer, but still weary of my luck with them, I googled them. I found lots of great reviews on them that I decided to go against my gut instinct and really try them out. I called them one more time before I went out to them. I asked them again over the phone, and they explained it was already off on the shelf. I than expressed concerns of a long drive and asked if someone would verify it for me. They asked me to call back in 30 mins. I gave them an hour. On my call back they asked again for another 30 mins. Second call back to them was again an hour later. This time they said it was there and I was good to come in. I expressed I was on my way. Upon arrival, boy do these guys get it when it rains. They have the dirt turn to sludge. They did have the mirror in the office waiting for me.
My review of their yard: THEY HAVE A TON OF CARS, YES STACKED 3 high. THEY HAVE LOTS OF PARTS. I CANT EXPRESS TO YOU HOW MUCH THEY HAD. This may not be the most organized place, but they have alot of stuff. I needed a seat belt too. They had it on a white sentra 2 door. Here is a link to it: wwwDOTmruapDOTcom/view_car.php?stock_number=EF6 turns out this guy was just upset maybe because his part wasnt there, or didn't match or maybe he did have some bad luck. I do remember he mentioned they didn't have a sentra. Strange but I found 3 sentras on their yard.
TO SUM IT UP: I learned that you cant expect to get new parts service from a place that sells used parts. If you want perfect service, go to a dealership. Im not saying you're going to have the same experience as me, but I'm also saying you may not have a bad experience as the other guy. What ever the case may be, no one is perfect. Even dealerships make mistakes. I read a bad review and was ready to never use them. I went against a bad review and ended up being happy. I would definitely go to this place again.
Thanks for your time to ready my thoughts.
Pros: Kind Staff And LOTS OF CARS
Cons: VERY MUDDY PLACE WHEN RAINING
