These guys cut a tree at my neighbors house today. The tree had fallen in their back yard. There was some overhang into my yard. So they proceeded to cut the limbs at the property line, as told to me by Tom. I called to ask him if they were going to pick up the limbs from my yard. He said they were cut at the property line and he wasn't coming to pick them up. He said they knocked on my door but no one was home. I was home but I work the overnights so I was sleeping. I called and let him know that I was awake now and he could come get the limbs. He told me he wasn't going to come pick them up. Why would you try to get them at one point and then refuse after? I used to be in the tree business and that would never fly. They should come and get the limbs. Very unprofessional. So if you have a neighbor and get your trees cut by this company expect them to leave your neighbors upset and stuck with limbs in their yard. The house next to me is a rental and I got Tom's number from the landlord.\r
