We had Signature Kia repair a air bag Problem. They installed a harness and replaced the air bag modual. They had to order a second harness that was also bad. The vehicle was returned in such terrible shape that we decided to not let them install the second harness. We took it to Baxters instead. Baxters found terrible workmanship from Kia. Several bolts were not put back in, clamps missing, the heated seats were hooked up to the emergancy flashers, the flashers were hooked to the heated seats,ect.... baxters not only corrected all of Kia's mistakes but installed the second harness in less than half time that Kia did on the first harness. The job was expertly done and the car was returned in very good shape. Baxters also is working with our insurance to get Kia to pay for the repairs of Kia's mistakes.
