My girlfriend and I visited Boston for a few days and were very excited about staying on a boat for our first night. However from the first phone call we made asking how to get to the place and being rudely informed we were bumped from our original boat to a ""houseboat"" (equivelent to a shack that floats) to the morning of our departure with out warm water in the shower, it was entirely a very poor experience. The owner was very rude and we had to make sure he gave us the balance from being bumped from our original boat. At one point we had no water and waited an hour for help causing us to miss dinner reservations. The manager was unprofessional with an obvious lack of customer service skills. The only thing good about the place was its location being a short walk to the North End.
