I agree with the other reviewers about Cindy. I have extremely fine, straight and delicate hair that has been very damaged by harsh highlighting processes. I let my hair go for eight months while I searched for a new stylist with whom I felt comfortable. I came upon Cindy's reviews on this site and decided to meet her. I could tell in our initial consultation at Cristophe that she listened to me and understood what I want - very natural looking color that doesn't damage my delicate hair and a simple cut that doesn't require a lot of styling and product. After my first appointment with Cindy, I am very happy. I love my hair, and am relieved that I found Cindy and now have a stylist who I trust. Cindy is very down-to-earth, professional, highly experienced and knowledgeable. I will be back to see her every 6-8 weeks and can now cross off ""figure out hair"" from my to-do list!
