This company quoted me one price then the DAY BEFORE my move they called to confirm my appt and said the price would be more than $100 more than they quoted me and if the driver was stuck in traffic it would be more and I'd have to pay that. They had incorrect inventory from what I told them a week before and said I never told them how many flights of stairs there were, which I definitely did. They then told me I could cancel with no fee and when I did THEY CHARGED ME $275 for CANCELING! So frustrating. I'm sorry, but a $275 fee is ridiculous for a service you're not providing. Not to mention that my appt was never officially confirmed since they were supposed to call 4 days before to confirm a move and they called me the day before and I never confirmed it because they changed the price so drastically AND they were incredibly rude. \r
