I really have no complaints about Dr. Stowers and I really wish that I could write a review about Pediactric Care itself instead of simply choosing a doctor. Anyhow, since I cant I will just go on to say that the office girls, and yes I say GIRLS are the nastiest, most rude individuals I have EVER come across in ANY healthcare setting. I dont know if it is something personal against myself, but NO ONE bothers to speak when i bring my child/children in, NO ONE smiles, they just SIT THERE on their asses looking at me as if to say, ""Well? What the hell do you want""?. It sickens me. Doctors office or not. WHERE THE HELL IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? One time I stood there for God only knows how long, while one girl sat typing away at her computer. When she finally DID notice me, she continued to SIT ON HER ASS, chomp on FOOD and HOLLER for someone else to come and tend to me. ALL i wanted was to pick up my sons script. THATS IT AND THATS ALL. All she had to do was roll her fat ass over to the script box in her chair and I could have been out of there. I have literally been trying to find another private pediatrician for my son, just so I dont have to deal with the rudeness. Its hard though cause he just started this new medication and I dont want to get things all mixed up with another doctor right now. Something has to give though because I dont think I can take much more of the attitude there.
