I agree with Pen S. below. I experienced the exact same thing. They claimed virtually everything ""failed"" in the cleaning check and didn't put any comments on the check out form. I asked who did the check out and they would give any names. I asked what specifically was wrong with the cleaning check and they wouldn't say anything. I think they say stuff failed so that they can keep your deposit for ""cleaning"" that never happens. Only if you push back then might they do something about it. This is dishonest. Don't rent from Aspen Ridge Management.
