Made my job easier!!. I work for an executive recruiting firm and often arrange travel logistics for senior-level executive candidates. Normally, I arrange rental cars for candidates; however, last week all rental cars were sold out at O'Hare Airport, so I booked car service through A1 Rockford Limo. My candidate was due to arrive at Midway Tuesday evening, needed to be taken to his hotel in Rockford, and then picked up from our client site Wednesday afternoon and brought back to Midway. After making the reservation over the phone (super easy), I immediately received email confirmations, which made it very convenient to forward the confirmation information to the candidate. The candidate's flight ended up being delayed, which initially caused me to worry; however, A1 Rockford Limo was completely on top of the situation tracking his flight info and even confirmed with me once he finally made it to the hotel. The next day he was also picked up and brought to the airport as scheduled. Their rates are VERY reasonable, if not lower than most. I was able to arrange payment through our company credit card, so the candidate did not have to worry about paying for anything. Receiving electronic receipts afterwards made it super convenient for billing processing. Overall all, A1 Rockford Limo definitely helped put my mind at ease and made my job much easier! I intend to use them in the future instead of rental cars.
