Okay place to hang your hat, but not much more, it will walk fast if anything is left outside. Theft is there,also like most florida place with no respect for any ones property. The sales are nice and even the matience people. But, when you move out they become two faced and look for every option to find odd charges for not returning your deposit. Place does not honor your tenure of time and keep rising prices annually. The Place has more visits from police then need be in this gated community. sURPICES MOST OLDER PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE
