TERRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE. RUN AWAY. I purchased a Groupon for my mother at Aqua Spa and Salon in Tucker, Georgia. My mother went in to redeem her service a couple of days later and they told her she needed to make an appointment. They scheduled her for an appointment for today, July 3, 2013. After her arrival to the salon, my mother sat for 20 minutes before she was greeted by anyone on the Staff. The salon staff member (Ginger) then informed her that the nail technician was stuck in traffic and would be there momentarily. My mother then sat there for 30 minutes before becoming fed up and realizing she was going to be late for my brothers wedding. SHe tells Ginger that she has a busy schedule and Ginger then informed her that the technician would not be coming in. Instead of being up front with my mother she allowed her to sit for an hour before notifying her. She then had the audacity to tell my mother that she can ""get a refund on the Groupon"". I am completely disgusted by the treatment my mother received when not only was she a paying customer, she waited patiently, and had two appointments made that the salon cancelled. There service was inconsiderate and unprofessional and I will make it my civic duty to warn everyone in the Tucker, Atlanta, and Smokerise area of this horrible horrible place.
