Beware that by showing your property, rather than having an agent on site to walk people through, they just give the lockbox combination to people so that they can view the property on their own. If you have no problem giving absolute strangers unattended access to your property, and not getting any feedback from an agent that is on site with prospective tenants, then this is the company for you.
