in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Avoid this one. Used to be Stanley Cleaners. Charge you more than what's listed on your ticket with no explanation other than that's what the cost is. They lose clothes, charge you for the dry cleaning while they're trying to locate what they lost, and when they are unsuccessful, they give you the run around instead of reimbursing you. Used Stanley Cleaners for years. I won't be returning to this place.
