Review content:
Had a very bad experience in Sept 2013 with one of their drivers and the owner. One of their drivers was driving extremely close and stopping even closer than he should. When approached about this issue on their property, the driver instead of listening he went on the defensive immediately. At NO time did the driver appoligize or even try to explain as to what was going on. When we called to talk to the owner or manager, owner again went onto the defensive and not wanting to listen to the customer. Instead he decided to not believe what happened and side with his driver (even though he wasn't there). After most of the conversation was over, the owner decided to announce that his driver had called him and that he was on the phone the whole time, (which was devious and untruthful as to what he had said during the conversation)\r

All in all, be careful when using this company, because of the way they drive and how NOT friendly they are (even though their web site boasts how they are the ""best, friendliest towing service you can find"". I have used other towing companies in Traverse City, MI before as well as the business I work for and not only will I continue to NOT use this company but the business I and my husband work for will never use them either.\r

Its a shame that a owner chooses to take the stand he is taking.
