RUN! Run like the wind! Most unprofessional, rude and unethical business I've come across in a long time. Informed the ""Vice President,"" of many safety concerns (exposed electrical wiring, leaning fences, etc.) and he refused to resolve the issues in a timely manner or to 100% resolution. Was forced to pay rent for 20 days while the water lines were frozen and he hardly lifted a finger to fix them until I served a letter of violation from my attorney.\r

Communication does not exist with Metro. Don't expect to receive responses from phone calls (even to the ""emergency"" line), emails or visits to the office. Their only form of communication is snail mail for issues that should be handled IMMEDIATELY.\r

After receiving a letter of forced vacate within 30 days (homeowner decided to pull their listing from Metro),the V.P. told me he would give me a good referral. Turns out he did the opposite with my new landlord. So glad the new manager saw right through his b.s. and did her own research on Metro to see their history with tenants. After waiting 21 days without a response to my requests for deposit status, I received only a partial refund on my deposit with next to nothing for an explanation as to why.\r
