They do ACCEPT credit cards but I think they failed to mention when we scheduled with them that they charge an extra 3% if you use one. I don't know who has $$ laying around ever for an unexpected roofing repair but I would imagine most customers expect to put these large purchases on their credit cards. \r

They were on time. They were polite and professional. I am not sure yet how the job will hold up that they did but am very turned off by the misguided payment details.\r

I hope that in the future they will be very clear to potential customers that they don't take take the credit card fee on their side.\r

Update: Since I wrote this review I learned they are no longer charging the 3% cc fee. Great news, great company for listening!...
