Review content:
I found an LSI ad online, and called them. I bought a couple of individual DVD's and agreed to buy the modern-day prophets series. When I had received ten of the 16 prophet DVD's, they called, asking if I wanted to buy other series. I refused at first, as I couldn't afford to buy them in bulk. After 45+ minutes talking with the agent and her supervisor, we had worked out a way I could afford to purchase all the series I wanted (the entire Standard Works and one other), within my budget - over a three-year time period. I was happy. \r

In the very next call I received from them, about two weeks later, they asked which three DVD's I wanted them to send next, acting as if the deal I had made, two weeks before, was non-existent - which it was.\r

When I told them I had set up the above-mentioned deal, they apologized for the ""mistake"" the dealing agent had made. They said they couldn't confirm it, because she was no longer working for them, and that their company doesn't make deals like that.\r

Well, their company DID make a deal like that! And since they no longer plan to honor said deal, I no longer plan to purchase series from them. If they will sell me the remaining six of my prophet DVD's, singly, I will purchase them, so I'll have a complete set. Meanwhile, I'll look around for other LDS book stores to do business with.\r

LSI just lost another customer. Raves, two weeks ago, have turned into sore disappointment. Product quality - great! Customer service (which I rate all companies on) - lousy!
