PLEASE be alert if you take your child here! The staff is friendly but you wait forever for anything! They still don't have my son's shot records straight. They were given records from my son's previous shot record several times. My son ended up having 2 shots twice! I was told I didn't have to pay a co-pay for a follow up visist and I did. I got a notice saying I was owed a refund but since you can't talk to a live person when you call I never received the refund. I left several messages for someone to return my call. I left the office not because of the doctors but the inadequate and indifferent responses from the front office. Go to Charleston Pediatrics downtown the wait is hardly ever long and the staff is outstanding. It is worth the drive.
