WORST CONSIGNMENT EVER! They cram their racks so tight i can barely look at anything, their toy selection is super minimal, and their staff is AWFUL. Everytime I go in theyre arguing about every thing and unbelievably rude to almost all their customers. I consigned with them a little over a month ago, i talked to a woman on the phone about being a new consignor and she told me to bring in 3 bags and with it being my first time there they would go through it and give me back what they couldn't take, only the first time. I'm thinking ok cool great!. So i go in with my bags, they sign me up. I ask the girl when she'll be done with my bags, she says since they were currently busy they'd notify me when they were done. THEY DONT. Instead they DONATE it and dont tell you, nor do they give you a donation receipt! Then when you ask for a manager they relentlessly give you excuses and wont tell you when they'll be in. Had i not called to check on my bags i would have never known! now the stuff they donated is gone, i dunno what they even sent out! I feel so taken advantage of! And every time i call i get the rudest people on the phone who immediately answer with attitude like your interrupting them. Ive been trying to get my stuff back for weeks! but i cant get a hold of a manager to be able to get my stuff back. All of the teenagers that work there have a serious entitlement issue, when is there ever a grown up around???? But it isnt just me, ive seen them argue with 5 customers now, and ive only been in there three times!! I'm getting so tired of not getting MY stuff back that im tempted to file a lawsuit!!!
